Sep 25 – The Homecoming gig: Jasper Lo + Etania Imas

Jasper Lo is a versatile young musician from the North East of England, performing across a wide range of music including classical, jazz, and musical theatre. He has served as Principal Viola for Young Sinfonia at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music (2024–26), Tees Valley Youth Orchestra (2025–26), and the English Schools Orchestra (2025). Jasper has recently won 1st Prize at the Inaugral North East Piano Festival earlier this year. In September 2026, he will begin his studies at The Purcell School, one of the UK’s leading specialist music schools.

Alongside his classical work, Jasper is a member of the NEMO Groove Orchestra, performing at a variety of high-profile events, including appearing as guests at Ezra Collective’s set during BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2026 and at Joe McElderry’s Something In The Water. Jasper has also been a member of The National Youth Music Theatre in 2025 and 2026 playing keyboard in the European Premiere of Tuck Everlasting and Viola in the Premiere of Every Day – a new musical. He has also given numerous performances at Newcastle’s Lit & Phil and has sold out multiple shows with bands, including his own headline gig.
