This months Sax Choir will take place at The Bike Garden, Studley Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 5NU
Sax choir (clarinets welcome) is a monthly workshop on the first Sunday of the month 2-4.30pm. It incorporates street band style music, and written arrangements of mixed genres – some formal, some informal.
In the first half, we plan to learn simple tunes by ear, improvising arrangements and solos.
In second half, formal written arrangements will be provided from diverse genres for single reed instruments.
Music provided and/or recordings sent out. No commitment expected. Just come and have fun!
ALL WELCOME come and just listen , buy a drink.
Free session but donations appreciated.

AGE RESTRICTIONS Children and young people under 16 years old may attend events accompanied by an adult (age over 18). They are not allowed to enter the premises after 9pm and they must leave the premises by midnight. Under 16s are not allowed to purchase soft drinks, but they may consume soft drinks bought for them by their accompanying adult.
16 and 17 year olds are allowed to attend events unaccompanied by an adult and they may purchase soft drinks. They must leave the premises by midnight.
