We will be covering music of many genres, whilst having a focus on jazz and blues improvisation. We will be using a variety lead sheets for standards, published pieces for ensembles and self-penned arrangements. The primary function of the group his to have fun whilst playing in a group setting and developing good ensemble practices, as well as working towards occasional performances.
