Pensacola Mist are the alt-pop synth masters, combining 80s nostalgia and modern dark pop with a larger than life, fully customised light show to create an intoxicating sensory experience. The duo have received national radio play on BBC Radio 6 and were the featured live act on BBC Introducing in the North East in early 2021. They’ve so far amassed 45,000+ streams from over 90 countries.
“With one foot in the 80’s and another in the present day, Pensacola Mist have powerful alt-pop for your ears and amazing visuals for your eyes.”— Nick Roberts, BBC Introducing in the North East
Oliver Payn (Lead Vox/Bass) oozes laidback charm, with an impressive vocal range backed by his driven-yet-melodic bass style.
Daniel Lee Cox (Sample pad/Synth/Guitar/Vox) uses an array of digital and physical instruments to deliver a huge soundscape and dazzling lighting effects show.
Catchy, upbeat Saturday night pop with a synthwave edge. A unique show, blending pre-recorded samples and live instrumentation to create an experience like no other band on the circuit.
