Join the lads on the front porch for a laid-back, rootsy, take on blues, soul, and jazz. Born from the Blues & Swing Dance scenes and featuring classic songs from artists like Robert Johnson, Nina Simone and Cab Calloway. This night will have something for everyone whether you dance Blues, Swing or just enjoy listening!

Free entry with donations for band and dance class

7:15-8:15pm Melissa of Hoodoo Blues will be leading a beginners Blues Dancing class aimed at swing dancers. This is open to everyone, even if you haven’t partner danced before.

There will be music to dance to throughout the night, with live band “The Front Porch Three” , 9-10pm.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Children and young people under 16 years old may attend events accompanied by an adult (age over 18). They are not allowed to enter the premises after 9pm and they must leave the premises by midnight. Under 16s are not allowed to purchase soft drinks, but they may consume soft drinks bought for them by their accompanying adult.
16 and 17 year olds are allowed to attend events unaccompanied by an adult and they may purchase soft drinks. They must leave the premises by midnight.
