Beginners course in blues dancing, during the afternoons of the 11th & 12th Feb. You can sign up for one or both days.

No previous dance experience needed. No partner needed.
Social dancing is fun, sociable and creative. In a short space of time, this course will give you the skills and confidence to be able to solo and partner dance. By the end of the course you will know the basics of blues dancing, and know how to dance to different styles of blues music. The course will teach you both how to lead and follow.
Day 1 focuses on we will cover, among other things, posture, pulse, holds, different styles of blues and musicality.
Day 2 focuses on close embrace, the main blues dancing hold.
The workshop will cover 3 hours of teaching time per day, plus breaks.
